Trevor Gundaker Competes During DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia
(February 11, 2021) Next up at Volusia Speedway Park was another $10,000 to win World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series battle. Despite rain showers that threatened the program during the heat races, the entire show at the Barberville, Florida facility was concluded in the wee hours of the morning. Trevor Gundaker, making his final start of the week at VSP, qualified nineteenth quickest in Group B during time trials before finishing fourth in his heat race and fifth in his B-Main. Unfortunately, those efforts were just shy of transferring the teenager into the 40-lap headliner that was eventually won by Devin Moran.

(February 10, 2021) The third leg of the 'DIRTcar Nationals' took center stage in the Daytona Beach-area tonight, as the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series sanctioned their first event of the week at Volusia Speedway Park. A total of 51 competitors signed into the pits at the Barberville, Florida complex to do battle for the $10,000 top prize. Making his first start of the week in Reid Millard's #14 entry, Trevor Gundaker laid down the twentieth quickest time in Group B during qualifying prior to placing seventh in his stacked heat race and fifth in his B-Main. Unfortunately, Trevor was not able to transfer into the 40-lap main event that was ultimately won by Kyle Strickler.

(February 9, 2021) As announced earlier today on his social media, Trevor Gundaker will pilot Reid Millard's #14 machine in at least two 'DIRTcar Nationals' events at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Florida this week! Millard, who sponsors Gundaker with Millard Family Chapels, has to fly back to Missouri for a couple of days to oversee funerals at his family business. Wild West Shootout Nightly Results from Arizona Speedway...
(January 17, 2021) The six-race 'Wild West Shootout' miniseries wrapped up tonight at FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway, as a whopping $25,000 payday was up for grabs in the 'Shaw Trucking 50.' Trevor Gundaker posted the tenth fastest lap in Group B during the time trial session and later finished seventh in his stacked heat race. After grabbing the fourth and final transfer spot through his B-Main, Trevor rolled off starting shotgun on the field in the twenty-fourth position. He was then moving forward in the 50-lap grand finale before losing all brakes, which sent him pitside and relegated him to a twentieth place performance at the Queen Creek, Arizona facility. (January 16, 2021) Next up at Arizona Speedway was the penultimate event of the 15th Annual 'Wild West Shootout,' as another $5,000 winner's check was on the line for the Super Late Models at the Queen Creek, Arizona oval. Trevor Gundaker stopped the clock twentieth quickest in Group A during the qualifying session before winding up seventh in his heat race and twelfth in his B-Main. The young St. Charles, Missouri ace was unfortunately not able to transfer into the 40-lap headliner that was ultimately won again by Tyler Erb.

(January 15, 2021) The fourth event of the 2021 'Wild West Shootout' miniseries took center stage tonight in the desert, as yet another $5,000 to win program was held at Arizona Speedway in Queen Creek, Arizona. Trevor Gundaker toured the Copper State oval nineteenth quickest in Group A during the qualifying session and later placed sixth in both his heat race and his B-Main. Unfortunately, Trevor was not able to advance into the thrilling 30-lap feature event that was eventually won by Tyler Erb.

(January 13, 2021) After a few days off in the 15th edition of the 'Wild West Shootout' miniseries, action heated back up earlier tonight at Arizona Speedway with another $5,000 to win shootout. Trevor Gundaker timed in sixteenth quickest in Group B during qualifying and later placed seventh in his loaded heat race. On a one-groove track in the B-Main, Trevor was only able to muster an eighth place finish and unfortunately missed out on the 30-lap feature event that was ultimately won by Jonathan Davenport.

(January 10, 2021) Round two of the annual 'Wild West Shootout' miniseries took center stage in the desert tonight, as another $5,000 top prize was up for grabs at FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway. At the Queen Creek, Arizona facility during the qualifying session, Trevor Gundaker posted the thirteenth fastest lap in Group B prior to running fifth in his heat race and fourth in his B-Main. After securing an impressive victory in the Pro Power Dash for non-qualifiers, Trevor chose to forego the $1,000 payday and instead started at the tail of the 40-lap headliner. The young St. Charles, Missouri driver unfortunately suffered a flat left rear tire on lap 11 and was eventually relegated to a twentieth place effort.

(January 9, 2021) After a long trek out west to the desert, Trevor Gundaker and his #11 team kicked off their 2021 racing season earlier tonight in the 'Wild West Shootout' opener at FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway in Queen Creek, Arizona! Trevor laid down the twenty-third fastest lap in Group B during qualifying and later placed sixth in his stacked heat race. Following an eleventh place effort in his B-Main, Trevor was unable to transfer into the $5,000 to win opener and was forced to watch the 40-lap feature that was ultimately won by Jonathan Davenport.

Trevor Gundaker Competes in Final Two MLRA Shows of 2020
(October 18, 2020) The #11 TGR Motorsports team spent their October 16-17 weekend at Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois, as the Lucas Oil MLRA Series wrapped up their 2020 campaign with a pair of special events at the St. Louis-area venue. On Friday night in the $5,000 to win weekend opener, Trevor Gundaker finished seventh in his heat race, third in his B-Main, and twenty-fourth in the 30-lap sprint. At Tri-City on Saturday evening in the weekend finale, which boasted a $7,000 paycheck, Trevor received a provisional to gain access into the 40-lapper and climbed twelve spots during the headliner to bag a fifteenth place showing. Gundaker Transfers into $15,000 to win FALS Frenzy Headliner
(October 11, 2020) Trevor Gundaker and his #11 team entered one lone event over the weekend, as a $15,000 top prize was up for grabs on Saturday evening, October 10 at Fairbury Speedway in downtown Fairbury, Illinois. The MARS Racing Series presided over the annual running of 'FALS Frenzy' and 50 competitors piled into the pit area to do battle in the single-day throwdown. Trevor clicked off the tenth quickest lap in Group A during qualifying, but later stormed up to third in his heat race to grab a coveted transfer spot into the 50-lap headliner. After rolling off from the inside of the seventh row in the 'FALS Frenzy' main event, the St. Charles, Missouri youngster wound up eighteenth in the final finishing order. Trevor Gundaker Racing Nabs Pair of Top Tens in Summit Mod Mania
(September 27, 2020) The TGR Motorsports team invaded Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois from September 24-26 for the annual running of 'Summit Mod Mania,' which featured the Super Late Models on the undercard of the three-day spectacular. In Thursday's $2,000 to win opener, Trevor Gundaker placed fourth in his stacked heat race before moving up three spots in the 30-lap main event to claim a solid eighth place performance.

At the St. Louis-area venue on Friday evening, a $2,500 top prize was up for grabs. Trevor finished sixth in his heat race, third in his B-Main, and fourteenth in the 30-lapper. On Saturday night in the $3,000 to win finale, Trevor ran third in his heat race during preliminary action and later nabbed a respectable tenth place effort in the 30-lap headliner. (September 20, 2020) The #11 team stormed into a trio of dirt ovals in the states of Illinois and Missouri from September 15-19 for three separate DIRTcar Racing events. After unfortunately failing to transfer into the $15,000 to win 'One for the Road' headliner on Tuesday night at Fairbury Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois, Trevor Gundaker had much better luck at both Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois and Federated Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri. At Granite City on Friday evening, Trevor advanced to third in his heat race prior to moving past a trio of racecars during the $1,200 to win feature event to land in the fourth spot behind only race winner Michael Kloos, Dewayne Kiefer, Billy Laycock. A weekly program for the ground-pounding Super Late Models was held at the St. Louis-area venue and a $1,200 winner's check was on the line. Trevor Gundaker ran third in his heat race and later started the A-Main from the inside of the sixth row. The St. Charles, Missouri youngster then battled hard for a top five showing in the contest before winding up paid for a seventh place performance. Trevor Gundaker Suffers Mechanical Woes in Fayette County Visit...
(August 30, 2020) Trevor Gundaker and his #11 team were back on the Dirt Late Model scene on Saturday evening, August 29 in a DIRTcar Racing battle at Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, Illinois. Trevor was leading his heat race when a broken lower shaft in the rear end caused him not to finish the prelim. After starting the $1,500 to win main event from the rear of the 25 car field, Trevor was knocking on the door to the top ten when he lost power and slowed with more mechanical woes. The St. Charles, Missouri youngster was unfortunately forced to retire from the contest in the twentieth finishing position. Gundaker Back in Action on DIRTcar Summer Nationals Tour
(August 16, 2020) Following a weekend off, Trevor Gundaker Racing returned to competition from August 12-15 in a quartet of DIRTcar Summer Nationals contests across the states of Illinois and Missouri. Trevor Gundaker unfortunately could not transfer into the main events at Fairbury Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois on Wednesday or at Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, Illinois on Friday, but the young St. Charles, Missouri ace was able to utilize provisionals to gain access into the other two features last week. In the $5,000 to win 'Herald & Review 100' at the mighty Macon Speedway in Macon, Illinois on Thursday evening, Trevor was able to gain twelve spots during the 100-lap affair to leave the 1/5-mile oval with a solid tenth place showing. At Federated Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri on Saturday night, Trevor was unfortunately an early retiree in the $10,000 to win headliner and was paid for a twentieth place performance.
