The MARS Racing Series presided over the annual running of 'FALS Frenzy' and 50 competitors piled into the pit area to do battle in the single-day throwdown. Trevor clicked off the tenth quickest lap in Group A during qualifying, but later stormed up to third in his heat race to grab a coveted transfer spot into the 50-lap headliner. After rolling off from the inside of the seventh row in the 'FALS Frenzy' main event, the St. Charles, Missouri youngster wound up eighteenth in the final finishing order. Trevor Gundaker Racing Nabs Pair of Top Tens in Summit Mod Mania
(September 27, 2020) The TGR Motorsports team invaded Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois from September 24-26 for the annual running of 'Summit Mod Mania,' which featured the Super Late Models on the undercard of the three-day spectacular. In Thursday's $2,000 to win opener, Trevor Gundaker placed fourth in his stacked heat race before moving up three spots in the 30-lap main event to claim a solid eighth place performance.

At the St. Louis-area venue on Friday evening, a $2,500 top prize was up for grabs. Trevor finished sixth in his heat race, third in his B-Main, and fourteenth in the 30-lapper. On Saturday night in the $3,000 to win finale, Trevor ran third in his heat race during preliminary action and later nabbed a respectable tenth place effort in the 30-lap headliner. Trevor Gundaker Busy at FALS, Granite City, and Pevely in Hectic Week
(September 20, 2020) The #11 team stormed into a trio of dirt ovals in the states of Illinois and Missouri from September 15-19 for three separate DIRTcar Racing events. After unfortunately failing to transfer into the $15,000 to win 'One for the Road' headliner on Tuesday night at Fairbury Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois, Trevor Gundaker had much better luck at both Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois and Federated Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri. At Granite City on Friday evening, Trevor advanced to third in his heat race prior to moving past a trio of racecars during the $1,200 to win feature event to land in the fourth spot behind only race winner Michael Kloos, Dewayne Kiefer, Billy Laycock. At Pevely on Saturday in a $2,000 to win Super Late Model tussle, Trevor placed second in his heat race and seventh in the A-Main. (September 5, 2020) Trevor Gundaker Racing rolled into Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois on Friday night, September 4. A weekly program for the ground-pounding Super Late Models was held at the St. Louis-area venue and a $1,200 winner's check was on the line. Trevor Gundaker ran third in his heat race and later started the A-Main from the inside of the sixth row. The St. Charles, Missouri youngster then battled hard for a top five showing in the contest before winding up paid for a seventh place performance. Trevor Gundaker Suffers Mechanical Woes in Fayette County Visit...
(August 30, 2020) Trevor Gundaker and his #11 team were back on the Dirt Late Model scene on Saturday evening, August 29 in a DIRTcar Racing battle at Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, Illinois. Trevor was leading his heat race when a broken lower shaft in the rear end caused him not to finish the prelim. After starting the $1,500 to win main event from the rear of the 25 car field, Trevor was knocking on the door to the top ten when he lost power and slowed with more mechanical woes. The St. Charles, Missouri youngster was unfortunately forced to retire from the contest in the twentieth finishing position. Gundaker Back in Action on DIRTcar Summer Nationals Tour
(August 16, 2020) Following a weekend off, Trevor Gundaker Racing returned to competition from August 12-15 in a quartet of DIRTcar Summer Nationals contests across the states of Illinois and Missouri. Trevor Gundaker unfortunately could not transfer into the main events at Fairbury Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois on Wednesday or at Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, Illinois on Friday, but the young St. Charles, Missouri ace was able to utilize provisionals to gain access into the other two features last week. In the $5,000 to win 'Herald & Review 100' at the mighty Macon Speedway in Macon, Illinois on Thursday evening, Trevor was able to gain twelve spots during the 100-lap affair to leave the 1/5-mile oval with a solid tenth place showing. At Federated Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri on Saturday night, Trevor was unfortunately an early retiree in the $10,000 to win headliner and was paid for a twentieth place performance. Trevor Gundaker Competes in Inaugural Hoosier Dirt Shootout
(August 2, 2020) TGR Motorsports headed to Kokomo Speedway in Kokomo, Indiana on July 31-August 1 to compete in the inaugural running of the 'Hoosier Dirt Shootout.' The World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series presided over the two-day extravaganza, which kicked off on Friday night with a $2,500 to win preliminary shootout. Trevor Gundaker laid down the twelfth fastest lap in Group B during the qualifying session and later wound up fourteenth in the final finishing order of the 25-lap sprint. Saturday's grand finale at Kokomo, which was slated to pay out $25,000 to the winner, was unfortunately washed out by inclement weather. Gundaker in Summer Nationals Action at Lake Ozark; Breaks at Pevely...
(July 26, 2020) Trevor Gundaker and his #11 team invaded Lake Ozark Speedway in Eldon, Missouri and Federated Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri on July 24-25. At Lake Ozark on Friday night in a $10,000 to win DIRTcar Summer Nationals battle, Trevor ran sixth in his stacked heat race, won the B-Main, and later placed thirteenth in the final finishing order of the 40-lap main event. On Saturday evening at Pevely, a $1,200 top prize was on the line in a weekly Super Late Model program. Trevor advanced five spots in his heat race to finish third, but unfortunately dropped a driveshaft during the A-Main and was relegated to a disappointing ninth place showing. Trevor Gundaker Competes in Quartet of High-Profile Races During Busy Week
(July 20, 2020) The #11 TGR Motorsports team was ultra-busy from July 14-19, as they entered four high-profile races in the states of Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri. Trevor Gundaker was able to advance into three main events during the week - all with the DIRTcar Summer Nationals tour. The St. Charles, Missouri youngster finished twenty-first on Tuesday at Plymouth Speedway in Plymouth, Indiana, sixteenth on Saturday in the $10,250 to win 'Aggressive 50' at Highland Speedway in Highland, Illinois, and eleventh after overheating on Sunday at Randolph County Raceway in Moberly, Missouri. Gundaker Enters Summer Nationals Shootouts at Granite City & FALS
(July 12, 2020) Trevor Gundaker Racing (TGR) ventured to Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois and Fairbury Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois over the July 10-11 weekend for a pair of $10,000 to win DIRTcar Summer Nationals shootouts. On Friday night at Granite City, Trevor Gundaker stopped the clock eighth fastest in Group B during the qualifying session before grabbing the fourth and final transfer spot through his heat race. After rolling off from the outside of the eighth row in the 40-lap main event, Trevor ran into issues early in the contest and wound up twenty-first in the final rundown. (June 25, 2020) A special midweek stop at Fairbury Speedway in downtown Fairbury, Illinois greeted the Trevor Gundaker Racing (TGR) team on Wednesday evening, June 24. The 'FALS Summer Showcase' drew a stout 32 car field for the DIRTcar Racing event, which paid $5,000 to the winner. Trevor Gundaker did not qualify the greatest, but made up for it in his stacked heat race by passing three competitors to grab the fourth and final transfer spot. After rolling off from the inside of the eighth row in the 40-lap main event, Trevor was able to work his way past a handful of racecars en route to a steady tenth place effort. On Friday night at Granite City, Trevor Gundaker placed fifth in his heat race and later started/finished tenth in the headliner. At Pevely on Saturday evening, Trevor won his heat race from the third starting spot prior to rolling off from the outside of the front row in the 25-lap main event. During the course of the feature, "T-Rev" hounded the leader and his brother Gordy Gundaker before winding up an impressive runner-up - giving the Gundaker family a nice one-two finish over the Father's Day weekend! Trevor Gundaker Transfers into MLRA Opener at Randolph County
(June 14, 2020) The #11 team made their way to Randolph County Raceway in Moberly, Missouri and Federated Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri over the June 12-13 weekend. On Friday night at Moberly, the Lucas Oil MLRA Series rolled into town to preside over a $3,000 to win shootout. Trevor Gundaker knocked down the thirteenth quickest lap in Group B during qualifying prior to finishing seventh in his heat race and winning his B-Main. After starting the 40-lap headliner from the outside of the ninth row, Trevor moved up a couple of positions before unfortunately running into overheating issues that dropped him to a nineteenth place performance.

At Pevely on Saturday evening in a $1,200 to win weekly Super Late Model showdown, Trevor folded the nose under during his heat race, which sent him hard into the outside retaining wall. After thrashing hard on the car, the St. Charles, Missouri youngster moved up to finish fifth in the B-Main to earn the inside of the twelfth row for the start of the feature event. With no cautions to help reset the field, Trevor was able to move past eight competitors en route to a fifteenth place showing. Gundaker Blasts to Sixth in Return Trip to Federated Raceway at I-55
(June 7, 2020) In his second race of the 2020 season, Trevor Gundaker found himself back in the pit area at Federated Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri on Saturday night, June 6. Trevor led a good portion of his heat race before winding up fifth at the checkers in his prelim, which locked him into the outside of the ninth row for the start of the $1,200 to win weekly feature event. During the 25-lap contest, Trevor was on the move early and often, as he blasted past a total of twelve competitors en route to a strong sixth place performance. The young St. Charles, Missouri native crossed the finish line behind only winner Tim Manville, Rusty Griffaw, Tim Ratajczyk, Chad Zobrist, and Jeff Herzog!
